Execution history

Sometimes there is a need to audit executions of templates or check why some template didn’t run. You can get this information from History tab.

Steps

  1. Click on the Apps in the top bar, choose Scheduled Templates.

  2. Switch to the History tab from the left menu.

  3. Use provided filters to narrow events results.

Result

All events that match search filters are presented. Only events from templates available to the current user will be shown.

Events type

Below you can find an explanation of all events type in the Scheduled Templates app.

Event type

Description

TASK_CANCELLED

A template job has been unscheduled.

ISSUE_CREATED

A new issue from the template has been created.

TEMPLATE_SCHEDULED

A new template has been scheduled.

TEMPLATE_CREATED

A new template has been created.

ISSUE_CREATION_ERROR

An error occurred during issue creation.

TEMPLATE_ENABLED

A template has been enabled.

TEMPLATE_DISABLED

A template has been disabled.

TEMPLATE_EXPIRED

All planed issues have been created. No new issue will be created automatically.

CRON_CHANGED

A job trigger has been changed.
